Returns Policy - Volsen Golf
We want you to love your Volsen order. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make returns simple and stress-free.
Returns Window
• Change of mind returns: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging
(including presentation box and inserts).
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at support@volsengolf.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for return (optional, but helpful)
2. We will email you a pre-paid return label (ready to print).
3. Pack the item securely and attach the label.
4. Drop the parcel off at your local Post Office.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days after we receive your return
(depending on your bank/payment provider).
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact support@volsengolf.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
• The item
• The packaging
• Any visible damage
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.
What Can’t Be Returned
For hygiene and condition reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Items that have been used.
• Items returned without original packaging or missing components
